Free Association Clinic is now in network with the following insurance providers:
*Coverage with Blue Shield of California and Blue Cross Blue Shield varies by plan. Some plans may be managed through delegated medical groups or IPAs. Eligibility and in-network status are verified prior to the first appointment.
If your insurance is not listed above, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier.
We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients estimate out-of-network reimbursement. Please note: Mentaya cannot check exact in-network benefits.
