We are currently in negotiations with several insurance providers and not yet in network for any insurance. We will list eligible insurance companies as they become available.

If your insurance is not listed, it may or may not cover services at Free Association Clinic—please verify with your carrier. We can provide a statement for you to submit for reimbursement; however, we do not bill insurance directly for out of network reimbursement.
